   • Our add-on do not transmit Personal Data to Sysoit.

   • Any analysis or calculations performed on Peronal Data by our add-ons cannot be accessed by Sysoit.

   • All intellectual property rights of your Personal Data are retained by you.

2. Add-on Authorization Scopes

1. • Sandglass require that Users give permission to accesss their Personal Data or act on their behalf.

   • The first time an add-on is run, you will be prompted to authorize one or more permissions.

   • Below are some of the permissions required by our add-on and a description of how they are used

     • View and manage your forms in Google Drive

       • Our add-on use this permission to create and manage forms in your drive. Our add-ons will only interact with forms as you direct them to.

     • See, edit, create, and delete all of your Google Drive files

       • This permission is uesd to see your Google files.

     • See, edit, create, and delete your spreadsheets in Google Drive

       • This permission is used to create and edit spreadsheets in your Google drive.

     • View and manage forms that this application has been installed in

       • This gives a permission to use an api on Google Form.

     • Allow this application to run when you are not present

       • Our add-on allows users to set time triggers, which kicks off a job at a specific time. This permission is necessary to enable this process.

     • Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google application.

       • this permission is used to run third-party code in your broser. Receive data you input.

3. How We Share Information.

• We may share User Analytics with our trusted third party service providers who perform technology services on our behalf, but exclusively for the purpose of carrying out their work for us.

• We do not rent or sell information for marketing purposes and we will never share or sell User Analytics with third parties for marketing purposes.
